Room air-conditioning inefficiencies made the stay quite unpleasant!!! Limited storage space in the room was inadequate for our belongings, leaving us a bit cramped!!!

We had a great time staying at this spot, as it was conveniently located just minutes away from the metro and the local shops. The room was spotless, the shower was fantastic, and we appreciated having Netflix available—perfect for unwinding after a day out with the kids.

In my wife’s opinion, a better bathroom mirror height would help families. It was too high for my teen to use comfortably.

The bathroom setup leaves something to be desired, with a shower that's too cramped, making it hard to avoid touching the curtain. Plus, the toilet's height isn't exactly comfortable for all. Windows barely opening adds to the stuffiness, and while there’s a full-length mirror, a smaller one at the table would make getting ready less of a challenge. Fresh berries at breakfast would’ve been a treat instead of previously frozen ones, adding a touch of freshness that was missed.

The hotel is beautifully decorated with a modern flair that made me feel stylish just walking through the lobby. It's incredibly accessible, and I appreciate how close it is to the metro with easy transport to the heart of Amsterdam.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Queen Room. The staff was friendly and made the check-in smooth. The subway station was just a two-minute walk away. Breakfast had plenty of options, and the pizza was a great late-night treat! 🍕
